Barbie orgy
This is something beautifully ugly I found at my parents home. I hadn’t forgotten about them, but I just can’t remember why I kept them all naked. That poor broken dude was always the bad guy.
Caribbean Gods
I followed this group while they performed a ceremony dedicated to their deities. All the community assist to this offering, which happens at the shore, near the ocean. At the end of the ceremony, which involves passionate dancing, flowers are thrown into the ocean. The most interesting aspect of this ritual, was the place where it happened.
Building The New York Times
I spent over three years covering the construction of Renzo Piano’s New York Times headquarters in New York. The goal was to produce an interactive time-line showcasing video interviews and photographs, explaining the process of building a skyscraper.
My team and I visited the site every few weeks to document the different processes. I directed the project, produced the videos and photographed the site. I took more than eight thousand photographs, so it was really hard to get to these twenty. You can see a video of the final piece here.
She’s still the same
I took this series of pictures of my mother trying to replicate an original picture of her taken by my father more than 30 years ago. My mother’s hair has always been an essential part of her charm. One can see her releasing herself, letting herself out, when her hair flies with the wind.
