The museum's website was created in 1997 when I joined the institution as Director of Interactive Design.

Its design evolved considerably during the four years I led that team, thanks to the fast development of the technology.

We launched the first site in 1997 and it introduced a design element that by the time was considered innovative: a curve.

In 2001 a new design was launched, reflecting a more active and dynamic institution that generated news, had exhibitions travelling across the country and several new exhibitions available in its galleries.

The head of the website changed by refreshing the page, highlighting with this other activities at the museum.
